MODEL 231: LEGALITY AND PREVENTION
M.M. has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model (Model 231) in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduces and regulates under Italian law the liability of companies for certain offences committed in the interest or for the benefit of the entity.
This Model is based on a structured system of rules, processes and procedures designed to prevent the risk of unlawful conduct, promoting a corporate culture focused on legality and business ethics. The Board of Directors has appointed an independent Supervisory Body, with autonomous powers of initiative and control, responsible for verifying implementation of the Model and updating it in line with regulatory and organizational developments.
The adoption of the Model promotes rigor, transparency and a sense of responsibility in internal relations and with stakeholders and, at the same time, provides the best guarantees of efficient and proper management through the introduction of procedures useful for managing any risk situations.

WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM: A MORE TRANSPARENT ENVIRONMENT
M.M. has activated a whistleblowing system that makes it possible to report safely and confidentially any conduct or irregularities that may constitute violations, or attempted violations, of laws or company policies.

ISO 9001 – QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
M.M. has adopted and maintains a Quality Management System certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. The certification forms part of our Governance approach, based on clear processes, defined responsibilities and continuous improvement, with the aim of ensuring reliability, transparency and continuity of performance for Customers and stakeholders.
This choice enables us to:
- standardize and control company processes, reducing variability and operational risks;
- increase Customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent quality and more reliable times/services;
- continuously improve products and activities through monitoring, audits, indicators and corrective actions;
- manage non-conformities and complaints in a structured way, through identification, recording, root-cause analysis and resolution;
- involve the supply chain: suppliers are encouraged to operate according to an ISO 9001 approach, contributing to prevention and quality throughout the entire value chain.
