M.M. provides expert custom machining of gratings and profiles made of fibreglass – FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer), materials ideal for industrial and civil applications thanks to their chemical resistance, light weight and long service life. Thanks to its modern machinery and advanced technology, the company offers high-precision CNC cutting, milling and shaping services.
Every production stage is managed in-house, ensuring quality, control and adaptability to any design requirement. M.M. is able to supply components that are ready for installation, avoiding the need for additional on-site work
CUSTOM CNC CUTTING: MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY AND PRECISION
Most gratings, whether covered or open mesh gratings, are supplied already cut to the dimensions requested by the customer. This calls for precise cutting to size, carried out using automated numerically controlled systems. Compared with traditional processing methods, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) cutting reduces manual intervention and makes it possible to achieve complex geometries quickly and with a minimal margin of error.
Thanks to the integration of CAD and 3D CAM software, M.M. can handle custom projects, programming each cut to achieve shapes and dimensions that perfectly match the technical drawings provided.
To ensure effective protection against chemical, atmospheric and mechanical agents, a protective top coat is applied to the edges and machined surfaces. This coating increases long-term durability and reduces the need for maintenance.

MILLING: CUSTOMIZING THE DETAILS
In addition to cutting, M.M. carries out advanced milling operations to complete the processing of gratings and profiles made of fibreglass – FRP. Milling makes it possible to achieve decorative or functional effects, such as the classic “slat” pattern on covered gratings, or the creation of holes for the subsequent assembly of fibreglass profiles.
Preparing the profiles in the factory is essential to ensure fast and safe installation, especially in industrial plants, minimizing production downtime, as well as in all areas that are difficult to access or have limited mobility, where the customer has not opted for a prefabricated solution.
