M.M. offers consulting and feasibility studies for the design of custom FRP structures according to the customer’s needs and operating conditions.
M.M.’s technical department takes charge of customer requests, carries out site inspections and carefully analyzes requirements to identify the most suitable solution, in full compliance with safety regulations.
M.M. technicians offer:
- Assistance in drafting technical specifications.
- Consulting on applicable technical regulations.
- Feasibility studies for new solutions.
- Preparation of multilingual calculation reports, developed in accordance with national and international calculation codes. The analyses include the assessment of project strength and structural integrity, deformation estimates, determination of safety factors and simulation of different load scenarios. The activity covers both FRP elements and steel components and anchoring systems.
- Design with 3D modeling systems – Development of IFC models for integration into BIM design processes.
- Preliminary, final and construction drawings, assembly plans and instructions for correct product installation.
INSTALLATION
FRP is a lightweight composite material that is easy to handle. Compared with steel, it weighs 75% less while maintaining an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. This makes it possible to create modular and preassembled structures, greatly simplifying handling and installation. Cutting and shaping fiberglass products can also be carried out on site without the need for specific equipment, reducing the need for dimensional surveys and detailed engineering development.
From the design stage, M.M.’s FRP structures are designed to facilitate assembly operations. The structures are drilled and assembled before shipment, ensuring the customer receives a product that has already been tested and is ready for use.
For turnkey projects, M.M. can supervise site works or directly carry out installation.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Thanks to dedicated and specialized personnel, M.M. carries out effective project management activities to enable the successful development of FRP projects.
The activity is carried out accurately, paying attention to all development phases, and includes various steps: from design to planning, through to implementation and project completion.
Throughout the entire project life cycle, all resources are coordinated, work progress is scheduled and monitored, and the established objectives are achieved while respecting the required time frames, budget and quality standards.
PRODUCT REGENERATION
With a circular economy approach, M.M. also offers a service for regenerating the surface of FRP gratings, which includes the following operations:
- cleaning and removal of dirt,
- repainting or reapplication of the anti-slip finish (quartz coating).
These are targeted processes carried out on products whose mechanical performance remains unchanged over time, improving not only their appearance but also their performance. Although they are already characterized by high durability, surface regeneration extends the service life of M.M. FRP gratings, with limited intervention costs.
