TRENCH AND MANHOLE COVERS

M.M.'s FRP trench and manhole covers are made with covered or double-covered grating. They ensure electrical insulation, high load resistance and maximum safety in power generation, transformation and transmission plants. Ease of installation, combined with the material's excellent workability, allows for quick on-site adaptation. Available complete with FRP seating angles, and with a wide range of lifting accessories, they require no grounding or maintenance; moreover, their light weight allows for easy handling, even by hand. The covered surface limits the spread of gas and odors, making these solutions ideal also for water treatment plants, where chemical resistance ensures reliability and long service life. FRP covers are suitable for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic (trafficable covers in accordance with specifications used by some electricity utilities), with the option of angle profiles, including anchored versions, to be embedded in concrete.
